This disclaimer applies to Tryble, its employees, volunteers, participants and their parents or guardians where applicable.

 

In participating in activities with Tryble, you confirm or, in the case of parents or guardians confirm on behalf of participating minors, that you will comply with Tryble Policies and Terms & Conditions including this one and all directions of Tryble coaches.

 

In participating in activities with Tryble, you confirm or, in the case of parents or guardians confirm on behalf of participating minors, that you accept and understand that rugby is a contact sport and agree that, to the fullest extent allowable by law, you hold Tryble, its owners, managers, employees and volunteers harmless from any loss, damage or injury you incur through your lack of adherence to Tryble policies, procedures and coaching direction and through your failure to inform Tryble and its coaches and volunteers of any pre-existing medical condition, where you are feeling unwell, where you experience effects related to rugby playing or training or participating in Tryble events, through your failure to follow medical instructions and / or your failure to appropriately hydrate, eat, rest and take appropriate heat and sun precautions.

 

You authorise Tryble employees to take first aid actions they see fit and to seek emergency or other medical care.
